Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Under CCPA/CPRA, personal information does not include publicly available information from government records; deidentified or aggregated consumer information; or information excluded from the CCPA/CPRA's scope (such as information covered by HIPAA, the CMIA, the FCRA, the GLBA/FIPA, or the Driver's Privacy Protection Act of 1994).
Sources of Personal Information
We obtain the categories of personal information listed above directly from You (e.g. forms You complete), indirectly from You (e.g. observing Your activity on our Service), and automatically from You (e.g. through cookies as You navigate through our Service).
Use and Disclosure of Personal Information
